The hotel was a great place for enjoying a nice area, just next door to a charging port, shops. The property staff was professional and accommodating. The location was comfy as for me. The complimentary drinks in downstairs bar were very welcome.

Location not far from restaurants, Six flags park and shopping downtown Valencia, California. Easy check-in, spotless room with a spacious bathroom and a big shower, as for instance.

In-house bar. Made to order breakfast.
Overpriced for a dated hotel. Bed has seen better days. No real food to be purchased at snack bar. Bar doesn't serve food but you can get room service ???

A Nice Family Stay with Delicious Dining!
Our family enjoyed a good stay! The hotel provided a comfy Double Suite. Dinner was a pleasant surprise-delicious food that everyone loved! Don't miss the complimentary breakfast. The variety may be limited, but it was fresh and satisfying.

I had a wonderful time staying here! The happy hour with free drinks was such a treat, and the breakfast had the best omelet bar I've ever had. The pool was heated and the hot tub was very relaxing after a long day.

Spacious and clean room, complemented by friendly staff who provided excellent service. Breakfast featured a variety of options, including delicious omelets and home-made jams. Early risers may be disappointed by the lack of coffee before breakfast hours, and the cleanliness of the lobby area could use improvement due to spills from guests.

Breakfast
1. Opened up the room to a strong "newly painted" smell. It was very strong and I called the front desk for another room but all they had was a room with 2 double beds and it was me, my wife, and our 26 year old daughter. The double bed would not fit me and my wife. The room should not have been booked for a few days after painting. 2. The price but I was charged a different price and didn't notice until a couple days later. $56 more than what was agreed upon on Booked.net

We recently spent three nights here and loved the spacious two-room suite that fit our family perfectly. The kids had a blast in the outdoor swimming pool and the jacuzzi was just what we needed to unwind after a long day. The only downside was that the coffee could have been a bit stronger, but overall, we had a great time ☕️

Location
Porta crib not in room like I asked for. People delivering crib and towels unfriendly. Breakfast male server unfriendly. Shower head unable to move or change flow. Ester hit the side of shower and had to shower due to that

beautifully decorated; convenient location
room, elevator, lobby seating areas were dirty-pullout sofa bed had crumbs in it; coffee table had greasy fingerprints; end table had crumbs; hair stuck to bathroom wall; toothpaste splashes on wood frame of bathroom mirror; fingerprint smudges on side of vanity; telephone between beds did not work and when I went to inspect found one cord was not plugged in--when it still did not work, I pulled out nightstand to see if any other cords weren't plugged in and wall behind nightstand had splashes of liquid on it and floor behind nightstand was very dirty. Inside of elevator was full of greasy fingerprints and dried liquid marks and this was at 8:30am. Coffee tables near bar were filthy. Only two workers in hot breakfast area made for a long wait for breakfast. Ten dollar parking fee was not disclosed (or I did not see this) by Booked.net. Beds were OK--not a lot of support; furniture in room was dirty and somewhat worn.

The embassy suites had a nice outdoor pool that my grandkids loved! Everything felt comfortable and clean . The front desk staff, especially nicole, was super helpful and pleasant. We were so close to the rose bowl too, a big plus.
